1. About me:

I am choicky (somethings shorted for ‘caii’), graduated from Nankai University in 2005, and now I am a patent agent in Shenzhen, a city near Hongkong and Macao (now I am in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong Province, near Hongkong and Macao too). There are some information about me on Contact page, and more information in my blog choicky: Past Now & Future.

2. About the site:

This site, ipsky.org, mainly relates to something about intellectual property, especially patent, trademark and copyrights, and more especially that in China. En, maybe I will pay more attention to environmental law, especially in China. By the way, I majored in environmental engineering.

This site is constitute of three parts, wordpress (wp) , dokuwiki(wiki ) and xoops (having been closed), wherein wp mainly used to express/discuss some viewpoints about intellectual property (IP), wiki used to list the relational laws, statutes, etc. and xoops used to gather some articles from internet via rss/atom.

BTW, I have another two site, with one Choicky: Past Now & Future (zhoucaiqi.com) used to recorde personal life, the other one (bank-sucks.com) mainly used to express dissatisfaction with the banks in China. And welcome you to both of the two sites.

这个站点，ipsky.org，主要涉及知识产权（intellectual property, IP），尤其是专利、商标和版权，更尤其是中国的。嗯，可能我以后会更加关注环境方面的法律等，尤其是中国的。毕竟，我第一学位是环境工程。本站由3部分构成，分别使用wordpress (wp) ，dokuwiki(wiki) 和xoops (暂时关闭)。其中，wp 主要用来表达/讨论与知识产权（IP）有关的观点，wiki用来列出有关的法律法规等，而xoops是一个采集站，通过rss/atom收集有关的文章。顺便提一下，我还有另外2个站：一个是Choicky: Past Now & Future（zhoucaiqi.com），用来记录个人经历；另一个是傻磕银行（bank-sucks.com），主要用来表达对中国的银行的不满。欢迎你访问这两个站点。
