中国商标局对有关的申请书式提出了新的要求。
一方面，商标局要求所有的书式、以及需要填写内容的地方，都必须打字或者印刷；
另一方面，当事者在办理有关的手续时，需要在签字（个人）/盖章（公司）。
Hogan Lovells的律师们也对该新要求进行了解读：
- The Petitioner (applicant/ opponent or otherwise) will need to affix the company seal or sign on the official forms before submission to the CTMO. This is regardless of whether the matter is handled through an authorised agent. It is not clear whether the CTMO will require the original signed documents or will accept a signed copy. The CTMO will also be examining the signatures to ensure their consistency.
- The Petitioner will need to provide a copy of its Certificate of Incorporation or an identification document to prove its legal identity.
